1. Issue Management

 Preparation of offer documents / prospectus in compliance with
   the regulatory requirements of SEBI, Stock Exchanges,
   Register of Companies (ROC) and authorities under varying
   corporate laws and laws for issue of securities

 Market various instruments with Qualified Institutional Buyers    (QIBs), High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Corporate and Retail    investors in Indian Markets and placement in
   foreign markets for foreign markets for foreign offerings viz: FCCB,
   ADR & GDRs etc.

 To act as the advisor to the proposed public issue by Corporates

 Assist in IPO Grading

 Assist the Client in all post issue formalities including Listing of
   Securities with the Exchanges.

 Assists in co-ordination with the intermediates’ viz Registrars,
   Bankers, Brokers and Advertises etc.

 Finalisation of Advertising Campaign in association with the media

 Organize Road shows and other measures for corporate visibility.

2. Merchant Banking Compliance

 Act as Book Running Lead Managers, Lead Managers and Co -    Managers to the public issue / rights issue by Corporates

 Act as manager to the buy back offer of shares

 Act as manager to the take over offer and other misc compliances.

 Act as manager for delisting of securities from stock exchange (s) by    Corporates

 Assist Corporates in formulating ESOP/ESOS

 Assist and advising corporates in compliances under the Listing    Agreement

3. Syndication & Underwriting

 Underwriting of Equity Issue in IPOs and FPOs

 Arranging and tying up with the Syndicate member for marketing the    issue

 Advising and assisting in pre issue marketing through Syndication
